Sometimes I feel like I'm the Queen of Stressing Out Over Everything. I'm serious, I will worry about the smallest of things sometimes. We all need to take a minute out of our busy lives to stop every now and then to relax. It not only helps our mental and physical health, but it could probably help us live longer, too, tbh.
